Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Large items like gazebos, pergolas, and vehicles may require freight shipping and can take 7–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free or discounted shipping on select items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping coverage — stay tuned.
Products & Assembly
Do the vehicles come assembled?
Most vehicles arrive 70–90% pre-assembled. Final assembly (handlebars, mirrors, wheels) is straightforward and typically takes 30–60 minutes. Detailed instructions are included, and we recommend having a certified technician complete the final setup for gas-powered vehicles.
Are the electric bikes street legal?
Some of our electric bikes and mopeds are street legal depending on your state's regulations. Product listings specify DOT and EPA approval where applicable. Always check your local laws before riding on public roads.
What size gazebo do I need?
It depends on your space and intended use. A 10×12 ft gazebo comfortably seats 6–8 people. A 12×20 ft is ideal for larger entertaining areas. Check each product listing for exact dimensions and coverage area.
Do gazebos and pergolas include installation hardware?
Yes, all gazebos and pergolas include the necessary hardware and installation instructions. Most can be assembled by 2 people in a few hours.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Large freight items (vehicles, gazebos, pergolas) may be subject to return shipping fees. Please contact us before initiating a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, most products include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — details are listed on each product page.
