  • Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or official US federal holidays.

  • Once your order processing is completed, it is immediately handed over to our primary domestic logistics partners.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery windows across the United States after your order leaves our facility:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery timeframes are carefully managed estimates and can vary slightly due to transit carrier surges, peak promotional seasons (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas), or severe regional weather events.

6. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are cataloged and enter our processing queue the same or next business day.

  • Orders received after this time will enter active warehouse processing on the following business day.

7. Order Tracking

  • This email will contain your dedicated tracking code and a direct link to the courier's tracking portal.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the shipping carrier to update your active tracking milestones on their website.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe:

We ship to standard residential addresses, commercial suites, and P.O. Boxes. However, certain large or fragile items may face specific courier constraints for P.O. Boxes or remote military (APO/FPO) addresses; if an issue arises with your specified destination, our customer care team will reach out to resolve it prior to shipping.
