Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery every step of the way.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation from Cholerr. It contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
- Click the tracking link — The link takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page with real-time updates.
- Enter your tracking number manually — If you prefer, visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number directly.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard items (accessories, small parts): 5–7 business days
- Large items (vehicles, gazebos, pergolas, sheds): 7–14 business days via freight carrier
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships.
Freight Deliveries
Large items like electric bikes, motorcycles, gazebos, and pergolas are shipped via freight carrier. For freight deliveries:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Please inspect your item carefully before signing for delivery
- If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours
